As the pivotal 2024 Presidential Election approaches, the urgency to mobilize both registered
and potential voters in Flagler County is paramount. We are excited to introduce “Rock the
Vote” – a non-partisan initiative aimed at bolstering voter engagement through a blend of
education and entertainment. There will be no endorsing of candidates.
A lineup of attractions including food trucks, entertainment, and activities designed to appeal to a
wide age range, particularly targeting young adults (25-45 years old).

10:00AM to 11:30 AM Set Up
12:00AM Event Opens to the Public
12:30PM Opening Remarks President of Florida President DBC
12:45PM FCDBC President
1:00PM NAACP President
2:00PM- 5:00PM Various Activities and Entertainment
5:00PM-6PM Clean Up
Venue:
Palm Coast Park and Recreations.
Geena is the contact for outside vendors. I sent her an email on 5/28 for total costs.
50 to 75 chairs
Need electrical set up for DJ and speakers.
Food:
Food Truck Vendors approved by Palm Coast Park and Recreations.
Entertainment:
Calvin McNeil will provide DJ. Also looking to contact Ester Jackson (Student Affairs) Flagler
Schools for ideas/permission with providing local talent through Flagler High Schools.
Need a local Sorority and Fraternity contact to assist in procuring Steppers to convey a voting
message.
